Geller & Ohliger, Inc. was founded in New York in 1984. as the real estate and financing company.

In 1992 A.M. Geller International, Inc. was formed to pursue business opportunities in Central Asia and Eastern Europe.
In the summer of 2022, the Aries Industrial Group, a wholly owned subsidiary of A.M. Geller International, Inc. was formed and registered in Ukraine to develop a chain of industrial and multimodal terminals in Western and Central Ukraine to modernize Ukraine's infrastructure.

MAJOR PROJECTS
IN CENTRAL ASIA AND EASTERN EUROPE
1. National Television and Radio Company of Uzbekistan (25,000 sq.m.): complete renovation and modernisation of their headquarters in Tashkent, Uzbekistan in cooperation with Sony Europe.
2. Center for Medical Diagnosis of Kashkadarya Region (10,000 sq.m.): construction of a modern diagnostic center in the city of Karshi, Uzbekistan, in cooperation with Siemens (Germany).
3. Coexpan (Spain) (7,000 sq.m.): Turnkey construction of a modern extrusion technology plant of the Coexpan company.
4. Arneg (Italy) (40,000 sq.m.): turnkey construction of a modern plant for the production of refrigeration equipment of the company.
5. Kimberly - Clark Inc. (USA) (23,000 sq.m.):
Pre-construction phase of plant construction.

THE UPCOMING DEVELOPMENT
OF THE MULTIMODAL TERMINAL IN THE WESTERN UKRAINE
The "ARIES" multimodal terminal is an infrastructure and agricultural project consisting of a cluster of grain and container terminals and a modern warehouse complex to be located in the city of Kovel, 40 miles from the Polish border.
The project will accelerate the integration of Ukraine into the EU by creating a modern transportation and logistical hub on the main railroad artery connecting Ukraine to the Western Europe.
